Error : Edit Email rendition is not valid - Occurs When Modifying a CRM Email Template Uploaded to Vault

Question:

When modifying an email template that is uploaded to Vault by Bee Email Template Editor (BEE), an error appears: Edit Email rendition is not valid.  Why does this error occur?

Answer:

Only use BEE to edit email templates that are originally created in BEE. Additionally, a user cannot edit email templates in a planned state.
