How do Call Objectives get sorted on the Call Report creation page?
The sorting works differently in the Online and Offline environments.
For Online, the Call Objectives on the Call Report are sorted alphabetically by name.
For Offline, the Call Objectives Call Report are sorted by the value of the From_Date_vod__c field. If the From_Date_vod__c fields are the same, the Call objectives appear randomly. No secondary sorting is applied.
For both Offline and Online, the Call Objectives are displayed first left-to-right, then under a row below them.
