An Approved Email Template has related Email fragments in Vault. When sending an approved email through CRM, all fragments can be selected for the associated product. Why is CRM not recognizing the related fragments?
For email fragment restrictions in CRM, the Approved Email Admin user and the end-user need Field Level Security (FLS) access on the following Approved_Document_vod fields:
- Vault_Document_ID_vod (Document ID)
If the user does not have FLS access to the above CRM fields, the default behavior is to display all email fragments for the associated product.
