When a user logs into iRep, an error message appears: Authentication failed. Please contact your system administrator. The username and password are correct.
This error can occur when the correct credentials are used. However, the Enable Third Party Authentication setting is set to True for a non-Single Sign-On (SSO) user.
Disable the setting. To do this, navigate to iOS Settings --> Veeva CRM --> Enable Third Party Authentication.
