Question:

Why did the QualityOne Update Training Assignments job fail to run in Vault?

Answer:

If the Update Training Assignments job fails to run it could be due to a required field being added to the Training Requirement object. The field does not have a value on previously created Training Requirement records.

There are three paths to resolution:

  1. Update the field so that it is optional.
  2. Update the field so that it has a default value.
  3. Set a value for the field with the missing field value.

Note: This behavior is specific to QualityOne environments.
