Why does a user receive an error when attempting to complete a Checklist Design in Vault?
Answer:
When moving the Checklist Design to the Completed state triggering Entry Action Complete Checklist, Vault verifies if the Checklist is an Aggregate Checklist based on the Aggregate Checklists field. If the Aggregate Checklists field is updated from false to true after the Checklist is created, an error will occur when attempting completion due to the Checklist Design not being created as an Aggregate Checklist.
