Overview:
When users click the Create Draft action to create a draft on auto-publishing documents, an error occurs: Server Having Problems.
Root Cause:
This is caused by the Event Action rule configured to update the Publish for Veeva CRM (CLM) field to False in the document lifecycle.
When a new Document is created with Publish for Veeva CRM (CLM) field set to True, Vault triggers a Job to start distributing the content to CLM. The Event Action then updates the Publish for Veeva CRM (CLM) field to False, Vault then attempts to trigger a Job to remove the distribution from CLM. This process fails as there is a Job already in progress to distribute the content to CLM.
Solution:
The recommendation is not to set the Publish for Veeva CRM (CLM) field from Event Actions as this can cause conflicts with Vaults processing of CLM content distribution.
An admin can follow the steps below to remove the Event Action:
- Navigate to Admin --> Configuration --> Document Lifecycles --> [Document Lifecycle] --> Event Actions.
- Delete the Event Action.
