Do users receive notifications for object state changes in Vault PromoMats and Medical? 

Answer:

If a notification is configured as an Entry Action of the state, users receive a notification for the state change of the objects. 

The Favourite Document Notification does not apply as it is configured for documents, not objects.

Users do not receive a notification if they mark an object as a favourite.
