How to display hidden PowerPoint slides in a viewable rendition in PromoMats?
Answer:
If a Powerpoint file contains hidden slides, Vault is not able to display them in the viewable rendition of the document.
To display the hidden slides in a PowerPoint source document in PromoMats, the slides have to be unhidden.
In order to unhide a hidden slide, do the following:
- Right-click in the hidden slide.
- Select Hide from the drop-down menu:
As a result, the slide is visible from the source document and Vault displays it in the Viewable Rendition of the document.
