When creating or editing a Medical Inquiry Fulfillment Response in Salesforce Lightning, why is the Attachment section not visible?
Answer:
This is working as expected in Lightning.
Since the underlying record for Medical Inquiry Fulfillment Response is a Call record, the Attachments display in View mode only (for a saved record) and not on New or Edit.
