In the Offline Veeva CRM platforms, why does the com.veeva.clm.launchApprovedEmail JavaScript API Call not work with approved documents which are in the Staged state?

Answer:

This behavior is currently working as designed.

The com.veeva.clm.getApprovedDocument JavaScript API call, which is used together with com.veeva.clm.launchApprovedEmail, only considers Approved Documents which are in the Approved state. Email Templates or Email Fragments being in the Staged state are omitted.
