We are currently experiencing an issue with creating new support tickets from the Help Center portal. Some users are unable to select the appropriate form when submitting their tickets. We are working to resolve the issue.

Delegate Access Not Available Using the Vault User Profile Page

Question:

Why does the user not have the option to delegate access using the User Profile page?

Answer:

The following conditions must be met in order for a user to be able to delegate access from the User Profile page:

  • Delegate access is enabled using an Admin (Navigate to Admin --> Settings --> General Settings --> Enable Vault Level Delegate Access --> Allow non-Admin users to delegate access to their own accounts)
  • Allow As A Delegate enabled on user's Security Profile
  • View User Information enabled on  user's Security Profile
