How to view all documents in an envelope once the multi-document workflow is completed in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
To be able to view all documents added in an envelope after the completion of a Multi-Document Workflow, users can run the Workflow History Report.
- Open up the workflow in the Timeline View of the required document.
- Select View Workflow History Report.
- The Workflow History Report runs and displays all documents included in the envelope.
To be able to view all documents in the envelope the Workflow History Report is required to be run from the Timeline View.
Note: to perform this action users must have enabled the Read Dashboards and Reports permission in their Security Profile.
