How to hide the Language field under each email template on the Email Template Selection page in CRM iPad?

Answer:

The Language field only displays if the Language_vod__c field is on the Approved_Document_vod page layout. 

Note: Once the Language field is removed from the Approved_Document_vod page layout, the language filter at the left bottom corner and the Language field under the Account name are also hidden.
