Entity Type = 'HCP'
Primary Country = 'All'
HCP Status = 'Active'
HCP Record State = 'Valid'
ParentHCO Primary Relationship = 'Yes/True'

Why are the results showing that only the countries Turkey, Greece and Hungary have the same number of Primary Affiliations in a Sandbox and Production Network instance, even after re-running the Veeva OpenData Subscriptions for all countries? The results for Primary Affiliations in other countries seem to differ.

Answer:

This is working as expected. The data in the Is Primary Relationship? field is only managed by Veeva for countries GR, TR and HU for HCP records. For other countries where this is not a Veeva-managed field, the results of Primary Affiliations are expected to differ.
