How to identify the query status in Vault CDMS?
Answer:
A Query in Vault CDMS has three different statuses. Each is related to a specific Icon.

Open - The related icon for this status is .
When the query is Open this indicates that it is answered. A query can be opened by the System if the item value is out of a defined range, or the CRA/Data Manager.

Answered - The related icon for this status is .
When the query is Answered this indicates that is addressed. This action is taken by the Data entry user (CRC).

Closed - There is no icon for this status. The field where the query is located has this icon to indicate it is queried.
System queries are closed automatically if the value is corrected within the range accordingly with the protocol.
A manual query requires to be manually closed by the CRA/Data Manager after reviewing the answer provided by the Data Entry (CRC).
Please note: If the Manual query is answered but not closed by the CRA or Data Manager, it is not possible to reset the form.
