Question:

 How to download the Viewable Rendition by non-Vault Users in PromoMats?

Answer:

Non-Vault Users do not have permission to download the Source file of the document.

Non-Vault users can download only the Viewable Rendition file if the option Allow non-Vault users to download viewable rendition user is selected when the document is Send as Link.

Follow the steps below:

1. Select Send as Link from the Action menu:
   
   
   
   
2. Insert the Non-User Vault email in the field Add Recipients and click enter button.
   
3. Click (Enable) the check-box Allow non-Vault users to download viewable rendition.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Send.
   
5. Vault adds the non-Vault user automatically as a Viewer in the Sharing Settings.
6. The non-Vault user clicks on Download Options and selects Viewable Rendition.
