Question:
Why Cannot an End User Access the Loader Tab in Veeva Align?
Answer:
This issue occurs in the event the end-user does not have the necessary permission in Align.
Be sure to provide the Vault Loader Vault Owner Action under the Application tab in the appropriate Permission Set.
- Navigate to: Admin --> Users & Groups --> Permission Sets.
- Click on the Permission Set of the End User.
- Click the Application tab.
- Scroll down to the Vault Owner Actions, and check the box under Vault Loader.
