Why Cannot an End User Access the Loader Tab in Veeva Align?
This issue occurs in the event the end user does not have the necessary permission in Align.
Be sure to provide the Vault Loader Vault Owner Action under the Application tab in the appropriate Permission Set.
- Navigate to: Admin --> Users & Groups --> Permission Sets
- Click on the Permission Set of the End User.
- Click the Application tab
- Scroll down to the Vault Owner Actions, and check the box under Vault Loader.
