Why does an HTML file fail to render when classified as an Email Fragment document type in Vault?
Answer:
The Email Fragment document type is expecting a partial HTML file, not a complete HTML file. The Email Fragment must be a partial HTML File enclosed in <tr> HTML tags.
The Email Fragment cannot be a complete HTML file (including <html>, <head>, <body>, etc) or the document fails to render in Vault. To fix this issue, the extra HTML tags must be removed so that the Email Fragment is only enclosed by <tr> tags.
