Question:

The Create Presentation action from an approved document can create a Multichannel Presentation binder. If the original document is expired, is there a way to expire the Multichannel Presentation binder automatically? 

Answer:

Admins can create a Job based on the original document's state and expiration date to automatically expire the Multichannel Presentation binder.

Use the following steps to do so:

1. Navigate to Admin --> Operations --> Job Definitions.
2. Click the Create button.
3. Populate all the necessary fields: 
   
   Type:                                      Date Based Document Operation
   Lifecycle:                                Binder Lifecycle
   Current Status:                       Approved
   Destination State:                  Expired
   Relation Type:                        Related Original Document
   Related Document Lifecycle: [The original document's lifecycle]
   Related Document States:     Expired
   Trigger Date:                          Expiration Date is on or before job run date

In this case, the Multichannel Presentation binder expires on the scheduled running time if the original document's state is Expired. And, the Expiration Date of the original document is on or before the job run date.
