Answer:
Navigate to FTP Site and confirm the files are in the correct folder. If you are using the FTP root folder make sure the files are found within the SubmissionsArchive folder. If you are using the FTP user folder make sure the files are found within the Submissions Archive Import folder.
Note: The folder names in the FTP are character sensitive and have to be named exactly as seen above.
