Question:

In CRM, users can check all the CLM Presentations synced from Vault under the CLM Presentations tab. Is there a way to find out CLM Presentations that are synced to CRM on the Vault side?

Answer:

There are two ways for admins to obtain the list.

Method 1:  Check the distribution records. A distribution record is created in Vault when the CLM Presentation is sent to CRM.

1. 1. Navigate to Admin --> Business Admin.
   2. In the Component selector, select the Distribution object.
   3. Document Name, Document ID, File Name, Distribution Status, etc. fields are listed.
      
      
      

Method 2:  Check the Document Audit History by adding a proper filter.

1. 1. Navigate to Admin --> Logs --> Document Audit History.
   2. Filter on Event in CLM Distribute.
   3. Click the Apply button.
