Can the Search Box in CRM Online be customized when adding a User Attendee in an Engage Meeting Call?
Answer:
Currently in CRM Online, when adding a User Attendee in an Engage Meeting Call, it shows both Users and Attendees in the same search box and it is not customizable, it always shows the Name and the User Identifier depending on Field Level Security (FLS).
