Contacting the Global Service Center
Veeva's Global Service Center provides essential 24/7, 1st-line support to MedComms end-users. With global coverage, the GSC can be reached anytime using the Support Portal by opening a ticket, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phone. In order to open a ticket, the user must have a Support Portal login account and be logged into the portal.
