How to add documents to the Portal Widget Contents in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Edit Portal Widget Content object permissions in needed.
In order to add a document under the Portal Widget Contents follow the steps below:
- Click on the Tab Collections icon on the left-hand side of the screen, and select Business Admin:
- Click on the Objects tab, search for Portals, and click on the Portals object.
- Click on the Portal that needs to be edited.
- From the Portal Widgets, select the widget where the document has to be added.
- Click on Create to add the document.
- Select Document for Portal Widget Content Type and click on Continue.

Fill in the mandatory fields, search for the document to add and click on Save.
The document now shows under the Portal Widget Contents:
