How to create a user in CDMS after the 21R1 release?
Answer:
Once the LMS connection has been set up in CDMS Vault, a user can be created in CDMS Vault by following steps:
- Navigate to Tools > System Tools > Users.
- Click + New User.
- Enter the profile information. (the yellow fields are required)
- Click Save.
If the user is an existing user, the user can be added as the following steps:
- Navigate to Tools > System Tools > Users.
- From the + New User menu, select + Add Existing User.
- Enter the user’s User Name. This must be an exact match.
- Click Add User.
