Question:
Does it need additional configurations for Push Notifications when customers migrate from their own signed Veeva CRM for iPad application to the Apple app store version of the application?
Answer:
Additional configurations are not needed.
If the end-users install the App directly through the App Store, it does not need to provide Veeva with a certificate.
The end-users just need to accept to receive notifications from the application once Push Notifications is set up for production. The end-users get a prompt to accept the notifications and the end-users can also go through the settings to enable Push notifications for Veeva CRM.
