Overview:
When the user Approves a Multichannel Slide, the following error occurs:
Server having problems
Exception occurred while delegating call of copyToRemote() to Edgecast api with arguments: path: veeva/engage/67d29964-0af3-4373-934c-fa378147d799/0000000/000000/259/148/production/, name: XXXXX？YYYYY? ZZZZ<AAA>.zip"
Root Cause:
The special characters ? and <> in the name of the distribution package file are not recognized by the system.
Solution:
Remove the special characters ? and <> from the name of the distribution package file, then upload it again.
