How to delete a Change Control Checklist record when it used by a Change Request Checklist Team Member record?
Answer:
In order to successfully delete the record:
- The Power Delete Team Member action should be added to the Change Request Checklist object. Navigate to: Admin --> Configuration --> Objects --> Change Control Checklist --> Actions
- Create a User action on the appropriate Lifecycle State of the Change Control Checklist Lifecycle.
- Navigate to: Admin --> Configuration --> Objects Lifecycles --> Change Control Checklist Lifecycle --> States
- After performing the Power Delete Team Member action on the record, the Change Control Checklist can be deleted.
