Question:
Using the Clinical Operations to CDMS Vault Connection, organizations with both a Clinical Operations CTMS Vault and a CDMS EDC Vault can exchange data in near-real time.
An Admin can configure and activate a CTMS-CDMS connection, but some Site data in CTMS, such as Site lifecycle states, are not synced to Vault CDMS. There are no related User Exception Messages and the Site Status Reference Lookups mapping is correct. Why does this occur?
Answer:
One possible reason is that there is an Integration Rule in CTMS or CDMS which filters certain Site statuses out from the data connection. Admin who has a security profile that grants the Application: Manage Integrations permission can view and manage integration rules from Admin --> Connections --> Integration Rules.
