Question:

Coder Admins can view Clinical Coding Request and assigned codes (if assigned) information for MedDRA based forms in MedDRA Coding Report in CDMS.
Similarly, they can view the information for WHODrug based forms in WHODrug Coding Report.

When Coder Admin runs the report, some values in the column show incorrect dictionary versions. Why does this happen?

Answer:

The Dictionary Release column in the MedDRA Coding Report and WHODrug Coding Report is an obsolete column.

Users that have the report Edit permission can follow the steps below to add the Medical Coding Dictionary Release column to view the dictionary version information.

1. Navigate to the Report tab.
2. Edit the MedDRA Coding Report or WHODrug Coding Report.
3. Click Edit Columns.
4. In the Edit Columns to Display dialog, remove Dictionary Release.
5. Add Medical Coding Dictionary Release to the Displayed Columns. 
   
   
   
   
6. Click OK to save the column arrangement and Run the report.
