How can Admins remove the Shared Channel field from the Account Timeline and CLM Presentations section? Is this impacting any area of the product?
Answer:
The Share_Channel_vod field appears when a user has FLS for the field on Call2_Key_Message_vod object.
Removing FLS, will results in the field no longer appearing on the Call report under the CLM Presentation section and on the Account Timeline. Currently, the field only appears in these 2 areas.
Admins can remove FLS for the field, clear Veeva Cache and ask Users to perform an incremental sync.
