Answer:
To support migration studies, the behavior of the Intentionally Left Blank field is changed In the 22R1 release. The Intentionally Left Blank value by default is set to blank when the form is created.
For forms created before the 22R1 release (release date: April 22, 2022), the Intentionally Left Blank column value defaults to No.
For forms created after the 22R1 release, the Intentionally Left Blank column value defaults to Blank
