Why the Case Identifier(s) field is not populated on the Inbox Item when the E2B R2/R3 XML file is imported in Vault Safety?
Answer:
Case Identifier(s) field is for manual entry. Imported Case Identifiers are not mapped to the UI field because they are not meant to be edited or deleted by users. It is also not configurable.
The system populates only the Source Data panel with the Case Identifier information.
