Question:
What does it mean when an address is Overridden in Veeva Network?
Answer:
When an address is entered on a Healthcare Provider (HCP) or Health Care Organization (HCO), the address is checked by an address verification process. If the address is validated, it displays as Verified. However, it is possible for an address to be modified by a Data Steward if necessary. When this happens, the address displays as Overridden. This indicates that some part of the address is added, edited, changed to a new value or removed.
