How to access CRM Find Suspect Match?
Answer:
The Find Suspect Match feature is only available to a user who is logged in as a Data Steward or a Data Manager. It is not available if logged in as a System Admin or Standard User.
Also, it is only available if viewing a gray, locally-owned HCP or HCO. The option is not available on orange, Veeva-owned records, regardless of the type of user.
