How to find the Veeva Network ID?
Answer:
When submitting a ticket to Product Support, it is a Best Practice to include the Veeva Network ID (also known as Network Instance ID) in the Support Request. To locate this information, follow these steps:
- Log in as a System Administrator.
- Click on Admin in the upper-righthand corner.
- Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation.
- In the General Settings section, the Network ID is displayed.
