How can Administrators login as any user in CRM? When an administrator navigates to a user detail page, the Login As option does not appear.
Answer:
It is possible to allow an administrator to login as any user in Salesforce.com. This feature allows administrators to log in as any user without having access granted. To activate this feature, open a ticket with Veeva Support. Veeva Support contacts Salesforce.com (SFDC) to have this activated in the org specified in the case. After SFDC enables this feature, follow these steps to enable the feature in the org:
- Log into the environment as an Administrator.
- Navigate to: Setup --> Security Controls --> Login Access Policies.
- Enable Administrators can login as any user.
