An Administrator goes to the Concur Admin tab and receives error:
Unable to obtain Salesforce session, please contact support for assistance.
The Concur connector cannot find an associated Veeva or Salesforce username.
The Veeva username and the Concur usernames do not have to match. The usernames need to be linked together by adding the Concur username into the Concur ID field.
- Navigate to the Concur Admin tab.
- Populate the Concur Admin Username field with the Administrator credentials to the Concur system.
- Navigate to the Veeva Administrator User Detail page.
- Copy the same value from step #2 to the Concur ID field for that user.
Once there is a successful connection, the status button in the Concur Admin tab turns green.
