How to Reset the Password For Other Users in Salesforce? The user is not able to reset the password for other users. The user is missing the Reset Password button required to reset the Password on the user profile page.
Check the following:
- The user requires a Salesforce license. The Salesforce Platform does not support this feature.
- The user requires the Reset User Passwords and Unlock Users permission granted on the Profile.
