Question:
How to determine if a document page has annotations in Vault? When reviewing a document in Vault, users miss pages with annotations because none are shown on the left.
Answer:
The document has enough pages, that all of the pages are not displayed in one view on the left side of the screen. When a document has a large page count, Vault breaks up the views to help with load time. To determine if a large document has annotations:
- Click Annotate.
- Under the Annotate button, click the Thumbnail View.
This view displays all of the pages of the document. A blue number in the top-left corner of the displayed page indicates if there are any annotations on the page.
