How to Receive a Reset Password Link email in CRM?
There are a couple of factors that contribute to not finding the Reset Password email:
- Check the mail SPAM folder to ensure that the email did not get caught in that filter. These emails have a tendency to fall into that category.
- If the email is in the SPAM folder, be sure to add: firstname.lastname@example.org to the approved sender list.
- Ensure the email is associated with the Network User Account. Confirm this by a user with Administrative privileges.
If none of these options corrects the problem, please open a ticket with Veeva Support. Include the details of the preliminary investigation in the ticket.
