How to Request Provisioning of an Additional Network Instance?
In order to provision additional Network Instances, open a ticket with Veeva Network Support. Include the following information in the ticket:
- Identify the name of the Instance (Example: customernameQA).
- Identify the user to be created as an admin in the Instance.
Network Support works with internal product resources. Provide an update on the ticket including an estimate for the request to be completed.
