How to request provisioning of an additional Network Sandbox instance?
In order to provision additional Network Sandbox instances, open a ticket with Veeva Network Support. Include the following information in the ticket:
- Identify the name of the new Sandbox instance (Example: customernameQA).
- Identify the user to be created as an admin in the Instance and provide their email address.
Network Support works with internal product resources. They provide an update on the ticket including an estimate for the request to be completed.
