How to request the provisioning of an additional Network Sandbox instance?
There may be up to four sandboxes provisioned per Network production instance. To provision more than four sandboxes you must discuss the request with your Veeva Account Executive to purchase additional sandboxes.
In order to provision additional Network Sandbox instances, open a ticket with Veeva Network Support. Include the following information in the ticket:
- Identify the domain name of the new Sandbox instance (Example: customernameQA).
- Identify the name and email address of the individual who will be the System Administrator.
- Indicate whether the new sandbox is a brand new blank instance or will be a clone of another instance (such as the production instance).
Network Support works with internal product resources. They provide an update on the ticket including an estimated time for the request to be completed.
