How to purge data from an existing Veeva Network instance?
In order to purge an existing Network instance, please do the following:
- Identify the 5-digit Network ID associated with the instance to be purged.
- Open a ticket with Veeva Support and include the Network ID at least one week prior to the desired completion date.
Network Support works with internal product resources and provides an update on the ticket including an estimated time for the request to be completed.
