How to specify the Start Delta Tag for Network-CRM Bridge Subscription?
Answer:
In order to specify the delta start point for a custom run of the Network-CRM Bridge Subscription, do the following:
- Log into the local Network corresponding to the CRM_Subscription Job and click the Admin tab at the top.
- Click the System Interfaces link.
- Click Target Subscriptions in the left-hand pane.
- Click the target subscription from the list. In this case, it is SupportBridge.
- Ensure that the Full Data Extract is set to Delta and that Record State is set to All.
- Log into the CRM ORG corresponding to the user CRM_Subscription Batch Job.
- Since each ORG can have different tabs across the top, click the + sign to view all tabs.
- Click the Network Administration tab.
- In the Data Subscriptions area, click the pencil symbol next to the subscription listed. In this example, the subscription is named SupportBridge.
- Insert the Delta Tag ID in which the subscription starts from in the Data Revision First dialogue box and click Save.
- Click the + sign at the top to view all tabs once again.
- Click the Veeva Process Scheduler link.
- Click the Run option next to the Network Subscription Process.
Note: After the process has finished, clear the Delta Tag ID so the subscription returns to normal processing.
- Since each Instance can have different tabs across the top, click the + sign to view all tabs.
- Click the Network Administration tab.
- In the Data Subscriptions area, click the pencil symbol next to the subscription listed. In this case, the subscription is named SupportBridge.
- Remove the number in the Data Revision First dialogue box and click Save.
