A user cannot access Vault due to exceeding the maximum number of login attempts.
The user has exceeded the maximum login attempts with an incorrect password.
To access Vault:
- Click the Forgot Password link on the login page.
- At the prompt, enter the username. A password reset email is sent to the email address of the user listed in Vault.
- Follow the directions in the email on resetting the password.
Please note that Administrators and Vault Support are not able to unlock accounts. This is done by the user with the Forgot Password link.
