Overview:

A user is not able to access documents in an exported Vault report into Microsoft Excel by clicking the associated hyperlink.

Root Cause:

Some of the hyperlinks in an exported report point to an incorrect web address due to Microsoft Excel changing the format of some hyperlinks that contain the # character.

Solution:

This is an intermittent issue that normally affects one or two users at a time. It is not a Vault issue.
